HI0IDT es la estación de radioaficionados del Instituto Dominicano de las Telecomuniciones. INDOTEL, presente en las actividades de la XIII Feria Internacional del Libro Santo Domingo 2010 a celebrarse del 21 de Abril al 9 de Mayo, dedicada al poeta y escritor Freddy Gatón Arce.
Y como pais invitado Mexico. Todo el que contacte y envie su tarjeta qsl a los clubes del pais recibira una tarjeta conmemorativo especial del evento.

Daily transmissions from April 21th. to May 9th. starting at 12:00 UTC, ending at 24:00 UTC, operating in the following bands and modes: (80-10, 6 meters, VHF, and digital modes).
