Invita a celebrar EL MES DE LA PATRIA, iniciando el 26 Enero de 2011 conmemorando el natalicio de nuestro padre de la patria, JUAN PABLO DUARTE desde las 00:00 utc, y finalizando el 27 Febrero de 2011 a las 23:59 utc., con el 167 aniversario de nuestra INDEPENDENCIA. Se estara enviando una tarjeta qsl especial a las estaciones que contacten las diferentes estaciones oficiales en nuestros 9 circuitos y el indicativo experimental HI0RCD. Enviando sus qsls via BUREAU.
OBJETIVOS: Conmemorar nuestras fechas patrias cada año y promover y incentivar la radioafición nacional y mundial.
BANDAS: 160,80,40,20,17,15,10 metros.
MODOS: ssb, cw, digital y estaremos activando el indicativo experimental HI0RCD en los pases del SATELITE AO-51 sobre nuestro territorio según las predicciones de pasada de AMSAT.
